| 翻墙:http://tinyurl.com/3e3k442 全文:http://is.gd/1SzG66 【新唐人2012年3月16日讯】中共两会已在北京闭幕。今年的两会看点层出不穷，胡锦涛、温家宝等九名中共中央政治局常委在两会期间，分别参加各代表团的分组讨论，但各唱各的调，为十八大各自的政治势力做铺垫。学者指出，中共已经抛弃毛时代的统一论调，中南海里面也没有实际的所谓权威人物，中共高层已经四分五裂。 中共的这次两会与以往有所不同，是中国人大、政协明年3月换届前的最后一次会议。人大代表、政协委员们争先留下最后的秋波，为自己下届连任制造台阶。而九常委也不甘示弱，也为换届后各自的势力做铺垫。 胡锦涛要保西藏的统治稳定，要求党对军队的绝对领导，狠抓依法治军、从严治军，不断提高国防和军队的建设效益。 对此〝普林斯顿中国学社〞执行主席陈奎德认为，胡锦涛要求党对军队的绝对领导，可能与他希望连任两年的军委主席有关系。另外一种可能是：前一段时间，军内传出了军队国家化的声音。 陈奎德：〝有人已经对中共现在这个军队制度、军事制度非常的不满意，认为希望能够有军队国家化的立场出来，就是全国纳税人的钱来养的军队当成是一党的军队，叫做党军。军队里面也直接表达了一些不满的意见。〞 而温家宝则继续他的〝改革梦〞，温家宝不但强调政治体制改革，特别是党和国家领导制度的改革。他还罕见的提及〝王立军事件〞，并要重庆市委和市政府反思，吸取教训。但贺国强在探访重庆代表团时，与重庆市委书记薄熙来等中共官员嘘寒问暖，演绎〝小城故事〞。 〝哥伦比亚大学〞访问学者陈破空向《新唐人》表示，9常委各持己见，已经抛弃毛时代的统一论调，中共高层已经四分五裂。 陈破空：〝因为中共现在中南海里面没有权威人物，包括胡锦涛也不是权威人物，因此谁也不服谁，谁也不怕谁，因此各自为政。温家宝在闭幕之后的记者会上严厉的公开批评现任的重庆市委市政府，这和周永康的调子完全不一样，周永康全盘肯定重庆，这就可以看出中共高层已经四分五裂，更不要说中央和地方。〞 陈奎德认为，中共的两会完全是一个大派对，是一个政治表演的舞台。 陈奎德:
〝大家都知道，权力的尘埃落定，要到中共的18大之后才能够尘埃落地，所以说两会就是各自、各个力量乃至向前探路，以及对外、对公共场合进行某种试探的这样一个会，基本上就是一种探路的，或者是18大之前的一次最后的亮相的一个聚会。〞 陈破空认为：中国的民主化、多元化是不由人的意志为转移的，也不是以统治者的统治为转移的，中共它不变就死路一条，他希望中国能够顺应世界潮流，把阻挠改革、拒绝变革的个人或团体，包括中共在内都完全抛在后面。 ******************* Two Sessions: Standing Committee Nine Each Sing
